Shipping Policy Claims for Damages and Shortages must be reported to the Carrier immediately. Goods returned without our permission will not be accepted for credit. 2% per month interest will be charged on overdue accounts. Freight Charge - Orders for delivery - minimum dollar value $250.00 - no delivery charge (Lower Mainland only). - Out of town orders direct to customer - minimum dollar value $500.00 (BC and Alberta only). - Other provinces subject to weight - minimum dollar value $2,500.00.
